[On the evening of the 24th, Clara leaves a wrapped gift outside Dean's door. There's a label with his name on it so he'll know it's for him. Inside the box are some sweets she's made, a page of shiny foil gold star stickers, and this charming cross stitch to hang for motivation.
There's also a note, of course.

Take care with the gold stars. They're the last I have of stickers I acquired on a mission, and they're special to me. But I think you could use them whenever you're feeling low. Pop on a gold star and be your best self. I've heard thinking like that works wonders.
